Hiba Zielinski

Holding a PhD in Management Sciences from IAE Nice / Université Côte d’Azur and an MBA in International Fashion & Luxury Business from ESMOD Paris, Hiba Zielinski has developed a dual academic and professional expertise in the luxury and fashion industries. She teaches luxury marketing, sustainable fashion, and luxury entrepreneurship in prestigious institutions in France and internationally.

Her research focuses on sustainable marketing, younger generations’ consumer behavior, and the transformation of business models within the luxury and fashion industries. She is also the founder of WalterZ Fashion, a vegan and eco-responsible sneaker brand. In parallel, she supports emerging designers and entrepreneurs through coaching and mentoring missions, particularly in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.

Before joining higher education, she held several management and leadership positions within the luxury and fashion industry. She also regularly contributes to specialized media and publishes analyses and opinion pieces on the evolution of luxury, fashion, and consumer behavior in national and professional media outlets such as Les Echos, Journal du Luxe, Luxus+, and The Conversation.

Her teaching philosophy is rooted in experiential learning, design thinking, and mentorship, with the aim of training responsible future managers who are aware of the environmental, social, and cultural challenges shaping the luxury industry.

Her combined academic and professional background enables her to offer a 360-degree vision of the luxury sector, at the crossroads of scientific rigor, pedagogical innovation, and operational market realities.

For Hiba Zielinski, the luxury of tomorrow must be N.O.B.L.E in its vision and S.M.A.R.T in its actions.
N.O.B.L.E (Noble, Original, Bold, Lasting, Elevating)
S.M.A.R.T (Sustainable, Meaningful, Art Curator, Research-empowered, Tech-savvy)
